Keyes Road

Renovation

This small project compromised the renovation of a bathroom in a beautiful house in North London. The houses in the area are an outstanding example of Edwardian housing development strong influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement.

The floor plan was re-designed to create an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom. The previously odd shaped room was transformed to a lovely space with light pink walls, white tiles in a herringbone pattern, black details and a bespoke mirror and vanity unit. The classical sanitary ware from Samuel Heath were inspired by the same period as the house was built. Black and white patterned ceramic tiles from Popham Design resembled the original back and white floor tiles in the hallway.
